I never had a closet customized so I did some research and found that Closet Concepts came highly recommended. I went to their website, provided them some rough dimensions of my closet, and within 24 hours heard back from Ann looking to set up an in-house consultation. The consultation took no more than 30 minutes which encompassed Ann explaining my options, walking through the install process and ultimately confirming my measurements. That evening, I had blueprints laid out for me showing the options we discussed and other add-ons that were available. After a little collaboration, we set a date for them to come out and install. The day of the installation, the men showed up on time, we're incredibly respectful, and knocked the whole job out in about 3-4 hours. I couldn't have been more pleased and will be using them for future projects around my home. Anyone looking for customized storage would be best advised to contact them. Just a pleasure to work with!
